Terms of use for the login area (customer portal) of Catchup Applications KG

The customer portal of Catchup Applications KG (“We”) can be used under the domain https://www.catchup-apps.com/webinterface/login.php and is a tool for managing the data relevant to our applications. Please read our terms of use carefully before using a user account with us.

A. Terms of use

§ A 1 Scope of application

The following terms of use apply to the use of a provided account and the use of the available functions.

§ A 2 Right of use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the functions.
You may not independently develop our software further or sell it to third parties.
We reserve the right to revoke your right of use without notice and without giving reasons. We will use the e-mail address you have provided for this purpose.

§ A 3 Rules of use

You may not share your account with third parties or make your access available to unauthorized persons.
Keep your access data safe and do not share it with anyone. This can lead to the loss of your data and your access in an emergency.

Information, images, videos or other content provided within the customer portal are provided for use within the portal and may not be used for any other purpose. This applies to pictograms and icons, among other things. Any further use that has not been agreed may infringe the license rights of third parties.

§ A 4 Liability

We endeavor to keep our applications permanently usable. However, we cannot provide any guarantee in this respect. No liability is assumed for the constant availability or smooth functioning of the applications. No claims for compensation can be made in the event of an interruption to operation or system failure.

§ B Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid or should they contradict the statutory provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms of Use. If such a case occurs, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision mutually agreed by you and us which comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision in a legally effective manner. This approach also applies to loopholes in these Terms of Use.
In addition to these Terms of Use, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is always the registered office of Catchup Applications KG.
