In the following, we inform you about the processing (collection, storage, transmission, evaluation, blocking and deletion, encryption, anonymization and pseudonymization) of your personal data. This applies to the processing of your personal data when you use our website (including sub-websites).

To access our backend system, we use your e-mail address as your user name and provide you with an initial password. Please change this password immediately after logging in for the first time. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one at any time on the login page by clicking on the “Forgot password” button. This will then be sent to the e-mail address linked to your account. You can change the automatically generated password again in your settings menu.
Please do not share your account with your colleagues. This can lead to the loss of your data and access to your account in an emergency. Keep your access data safe and do not share it with anyone.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. In addition to these Terms of Use, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is always the registered office of Catchup Applications KG.
