The service provider (“We”) aims to provide you with the highest possible transparency regarding the movement of your data. It is a matter of course for us to handle your data with care, store it securely, and not share it with unauthorized third parties. In the following privacy policy, we will inform you about the flow of data when using our website.
§ A 1 General
- If you provide us with personal data via survey, mail, email, contact form, or by any other means, your information will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent. Once the purpose of the data processing has been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or destroyed by us.
- A valid data processing agreement exists between the service provider and the client.
§ A 2 Right of Access and Storage of Your Personal Data
- You have the right to request information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection based on a particular situation of the data subject, and data portability at any time. Data portability refers to the transfer of your personal data stored with us to you or to a third-party provider of your choice. As part of your request, we are obligated to unequivocally identify you. Therefore, if necessary, you will need to provide us with identifying data.
- You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
- Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority at any time.
- Your personal data is processed in accordance with the principle of purpose limitation. This means that your data will be stored by us only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. Once this purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be deleted.
- The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) as well as the service provider’s role as a processor on behalf of the client (Art. 28 GDPR).
§ A 3 Data Processing in the Context of the Customer Survey
- Following the completion of the service by the client, you have the option to voluntarily participate in a customer survey. The purpose of the survey is to improve the quality of service delivery by the service provider.
- The customer survey is conducted electronically in the form of a web form. The form is hosted on the service provider’s website. You can cancel the survey at any time. Your submitted data will only be transmitted to us when you click “Save” at the end of the survey.
- When visiting the website where the survey is provided, no data is processed. Neither anonymous page visits nor personal data are collected.
- The questions posed to you can be answered either with a star rating or with free text.
4a: Star rating: You rate the respective question on a given scale.
4b: Free text: You provide us with comments and suggestions for improvement. - There are no mandatory fields; you may also end the survey incomplete.
- Your data will be assigned to the order that the service provider has fulfilled for you. The service provider can view your survey results.
